A wedding, Zimmermans. It was a gorgeous venue, the hotel was modern, with an old school classic feel, it was very clean and staff without standing. It all around was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this or any special occasion or stay.

We stayed at the Westin for a family members birthday this year and i just wanted to say how kind and efficient the front desk staff was. Franchette, who I believe was the office manager (?), booked us and was so kind and considerate with our requests and accommodations. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Not only was the staff phenomenal, Emily was another great employee we had the pleasure of meeting, but this hotel is neatly nested in the center of Downtown. 10/10

We had reservations for afternoon tea in their Spoonbread Restaurant to celebrate a birthday & it did not disappoint! They were ready for us and prompt. Briana was our server and was very attentive, enthusiastic & engaging. The portions were very generous and delicious. The price was reasonable. It was an excellent experience. I will be taking other friends or family members there for special occasions.

I couldnât be more impressed by my stay at the Westin. Upon entry, the spacious common areas exude timeless charm like that of a classic film. The reservation process was handled with notable professionalism and care by miss Franchette, whose service was truly commendable. My suite was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. With the location in the heart of Downtown Greenville, the Westin Poinsett is a top recommendation to anyone interested in having an enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We highly recommend the Westin. It is top notch and the staff are the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant, the piano bar and the coffee shop are all great. It was mine and my husbandâs anniversary and Arianna at the front desk sent us chocolate covered strawberries to our room after checked in. I canât say enough great things about the staff, they made our trip to Greenville a trip that we will always remember and be talking about for days.
