The best experience that I had at this hotel was the breakfast. I would definitely recommend the omelettes and the one preparing them. Additionally, the location of the hotel was close to the expressway and near a grocery store and restaurants. With regard to the troubles that I had, I would like to give the following advice: 1) make sure to stay in a room below the 7th floor, 2) make sure to put the "sleeping in" sign on the outside of your door before 7 a.m. and 3) make sure to call back to the front desk within 7 minutes of making a request. I hope that this will make your stay better than mine. I would like to commend, Sandy, A.C. and Tracy for making my stay all that it ended up being. I would stay again by remembering these tips!

Worst hotel in the Hilton family that I’ve ever dealt with. Front desk customer service is horrible & not helpful at all. I will never stay here ever again if I’m back in the area & I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends/colleagues or family members. Mark my words. Embassy Suites has always been our favorite, but we’ve found this one to be below average in guest services.

The hotel was nice but the staff was amazing. Great customer service was definitely their highest priority. From the front desk team to the bar staff, everyone made us feel welcome. Additionally the food was good. A special thanks to Shun, Helen and Billy for their hospitality.

Highly recommended. We had an excellent experience as we stayed for 2 nights. The front staff was kind and courteous making our check in / check out smooth. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food and bar service were excellent. The evening reception was very welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff gave us great service and the food was tasty. Great breakfast buffet too. Thank you for all you do for making us feel comfortable after a crazy day of travel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Not every room has a tub and you won't know until you arrive. The heat didn't work until maintenance came to the room and turned it on in the ceiling. We were very disappointed in the quality of the breakfast. Most items were cold and hard. The omelette station was a disappointment as well. The presentation and quality was poor. They stated that they only made pancakes during the week. After waiting in a long line I was told that they weren't making pancakes that week. People were also bringing their dogs into the breakfast area. They shouldn't be allowed to do that. Not a great value for the money.
