Hampton Inn Georgetown Marina

Clean and friendly. Fitness center was excellent. Well equipped and in service! Room was fine. Breakfast good. Parking is very convenient right in front of the building. Front desk staff in the morning was extremely cheerful and helpful.

Got an unexpected upgrade to a corner suite overlooking the water. Great. Room was clean and large with a sofa to sit on. In a great location to vistit downtown Georgetown. Got excellent adice on where to have dinner, which was appreciated. Breakfast in the morning had a number of choices. Great overall experiece from the staff.

My husband & I drove from FL just on a getaway, we had reservations in Myrtle Beach for 03/16, but decided to leave a day early. We got to Georgetown and stopped at Hampton Inn, it was now almost 4 a.m. Shamaica was at the front desk, she was very friendly and we were told that they had vacancies. We checked in without any problems. We went and checked out the room & was pleased with everything.

This is really a review to commend the staff for how well they took care of my cousin, who has physical challenges, during his recent two week stay. Anthony said they brought him a hot breakfast every morning and waited on him hand and foot. I really appreciate that they looked out for him so well and made his stay so enjoyable! Thank you very much to the staff: Tanya Eaton, Tyrell, Vivian, Bertha, Wendy ,Terri, Janine , Ted and Pierce! Sorry if I missed anyone.

2.5 stars somewhere better than poor but less than average. Stayed one night as part of a long road trip. Not impressed for the price we paid. Location was good. The staff were all friendly and really the best part of this hotel. The hotel is worn, my pictures say it all. Horrible creaky bed, worn dirty furniture and the entry/bathroom floor was filthy (see the photo of the cloth I used to clean it). Breakfast was typical and ok but had no plain egg options just some frittata thing. Unfortunately we won’t stay here again.
