Great comfortable room with great professional staff Genene that handles the breakfast and reception area was fantastic. A truly lovely lady. Friendly and helpful Quiet and clean rooms with working appliances and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again

Nahvah B was great in assisting us! All of the team were awesome! I can say THIS hotel had an awesome personable staff! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name upon checking in Friday around 5pm but I was really amazed with the teamwork I saw from them as things were busy, they didn’t miss a beat. From tending to customer needs checking in and questions to getting the water for the guests( for the other team member) there’s a young lady with a beautiful plant on her cart who had amazing positive energy , also welcoming. Everyone wished you a great morning, offered assistance even in passing by! Very pleasant stay! As far as guest, I just hope pet owners respect humans more, monitor the size dogs you bring, be mindful people on vacation and the barking is very disruptive, people who are trying to relax don’t deserve that and don’t put your dogs on elevators with people with children or at all, your dogs know you, not others.

I always have a great and accommodating stay at Homewood Suites in Florence whenever I'm in town. It’s definitely better than the rest! Ms. Nahva and the rest of the staff never skip a beat when it comes to making sure my trips are comfortable and smooth. Their attention to detail and excellent service keep me coming back every time. Highly recommend!

I travel for work and so far this location is winning for 2025. It has been a great stay and was a very easy check in as a Dimond member. Thank you to Mrs. GENENE for being awesome, fun and sweet. She is definitely a star on this staff amf deserved a raise and employee of the year. I have long days working over 50 hours a week and school and she made me smile she's awesome! Promote this young lady hard work goes unnoticed too often she needs to be recognized

Hotel lobby was fresh and felt new. The room was mostly new feeling except the shower. It was moldy, rusty in areas and needs some attention. Pillows were horrible! Our interaction with staff was good but there was one exceptional staff member. Genene , she manages the food and beverage area in the lobby did an excellent job of serving guests, maintained a well stocked food buffet and did everything with a warm smile and kind words!!
