Comfort Suites Florence I 95

Front of the hotel was filthy. Trash spilling out of the trash can, smelled awful. Easy check in. The room was fine, for the money. Very spacious and was clean for the most part. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no soap, toilet paper or towels in the room. When I called the front desk, the lady said she was the only one there, and I’d have to come down to get them. The bed was fairly comfortable, ac worked great, but we found out the hotel was very close to the RR Tracks, which didn’t make for a great night sleep.

Stayed one night enroute to Florida. Exceptionally large very clean rooms with 2 queen beds & a sofa. Beds very comfortable with duvets. Very quiet. Breakfast was good for a hotel. Didn’t get to try pool or fitness centre. Definitely would stay over again. Carpeted rooms unfortunately although they appeared clean Pet friendly - yess!!

Clean rooms, large sitting area. Train horns at 2am and 3am were a surprise but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. The “free” breakfast was a joke. You could have coffee, or toast something. Milk provided for cereal. Make a waffle. That’s it, no juices, not even water. Looks like there was a station for something hot but it was empty. The “hot” breakfast was not provided. There are better places than this- front desk staff at check in was fine, the surly young man at check out needs a new attitude.

Friendly staff;, room, lobby, elevators, even the stairwells were clean and in good repair. Room was spacious with sofa seating, bathroom spotless. Beds pristine. Best hotel experience in a very long time. Cudoes to the staff and management.

This place is well oil machine. We like this place, with decent food options near by to eat at. We stopped here after getting stuck in a traffic jam. We would stay here again. Breakfast was well stocked and staff was attentive. Whole process was easy.
