Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Spartanburg an IHG Hotel

This location of Holiday Inn was very nice. My hubby and I stayed overnight while we were on our trip to Tx and I must say it’s a quite little cozy inn. The environment was very clean and pleasant peaceful. The morning breakfast was delicious especially the sausages. It’s the first of my overnight stay at a hotel where you had the choice of scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausages all served hot and fresh mind you! The hotel room was clean and on point. I loved the shower clean and pristine. What really blew my mind was the water pressure as soon as you opened the faucet the water came with a almighty force! I definitely will recommend this IHG Inn to anyone who needs a place to overnight it was worth the money.

Positives Rooms are clean with decent storage for 2 One of the few hotels in the area with a indoor pool and hot tub Friendly staff - I got sick and they were extremely nice about it. Close to gas food and highway but in a quiet area. Negatives 2 room suite is kinda small... Main issue::: The thermostats controled each room separately but we couldnt get it off heat for bedroom. Kept thinking it was cooling down then it would pop back to heat. Why did hotel have it on heat in August in SC? It was over 90 degrees outside. I called 3 times in the night no one answered. Got dressed and went to front desk.. had to call out 2 times. The lady apologizedbut kept saying she was there when I called. Ok then why not answer the phone? No one sent maintenance. Pool area had no towels on 1st or 2nd day. They did bring them to the pool when I asked. Breakfast was not great. Only hot food was scrambled eggs and some sausage. Juice was just colored water.

I rarely feel a need to review hotels, but If I am back this way, I will definitely plan to stay at this hotel. Wonderfully comfortable king size bed, with extremely soft sheets. J.R. Watkins products in the bathroom, nice shower. And better options for to-go breakfasts than other hotels we've stayed in during covid precautions.

Stopped here over night on our trip from point A to point B. Very nice new HIE. The hotel is set up on a hill in view of the highway, but you don't really hear it. ( no Jake-brakes). New hotel and has all the cool stuff the kids want. USB outlets at both sides of the bed and 2 at the desk area. Lots of places to charge your devices. Large king bed with 4 pillows. very comfy. Keurig in room coffee, nice clean shower and a few extra towels too. Lots of places to eat in the area too. Too many to list here. Pool was open during COVID, but you had to reserve a time The road in into the hotel is a little dark and freaky at night. you will wonder if you GPS is wrong as you wind past a bit of old industrial area and some poor road conditions, but, the hotel quickly comes into view. would stay here again.

I arrived at this location due to some unfortunate events. I was ill, scared and lost. The employees (Amber &Pat) went above and beyond to take care of me. It was the best experience I have ever witnessed in the service industry. My room was perfect and I slept like a baby. I would stay there again because of these two angels on earth.
