Residence Inn by Marriott Columbia Northeast Fort Jackson Area

This was by far the best hotel stay I have had in a very long time. Bianca, who is a part of the breakfast staff was super friendly and beyond accommodating she went out of her way to connect with the guest and made everyone feel so welcome people like her truly make a difference. She is a true asset. I also received a very warm welcome by the desk attendant. The upgraded room was better than I would have even imagined it included a full kitchen and a fireplace which made my travels feel like a luxurious getaway bravo to all the staff the room was clean And quiet and ultra comfortable. I hope I get to come back and stay with you again soon.

So I’m one of this who rarely writes a review. I am inclined to write one now about this hotel because it deserves a positive review from me. First—the folks here who I encountered and were super friendly and helpful: (1) Rebecca (general manager), (2) Alvaretta front desk clerk and sorry if i misspelled your name), and (3) Pamela (housekeeping manager). They are the reason I stay with Marriott and am now a lifetime platinum member. If I had an issue, they dealt with it without delay. Bianca and the other breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The clerk was very friendly on Check-in. Overall, I was very impressed by this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Bianca was the best breakfast attendant. She was very polite and so helpful with finding gluten free options. She definitely deserves 5 stars. She was very patient and friendly. Kept the area so clean. She was great with my grandkids. She is one of the best I have dealt with for hotel breakfasts area

The staff at check in are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very nice and feel homelike with full size kitchen appliances. In the mornings, There is a full breakfast to choose from. The breakfast staff are very nice and helpful. It’s nice to see their smiling faces first thing in the morning. I would recommend this place to stay.
