Hyatt Place Columbia Harbison

We went with our grandkids and had connecting rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean with only one exception. One of the rooms had a very musty and lingering cigarette smoke smell. All of our clothes smelled after we left. The TVs and beds were very good except They desperately need more electrical outlets to serve today’s electronic needs. Having to get down on the floor underneath the nightstand to try to find an available plug for My phone was not convenient at all. Also, Absolutely nobody by the desk laptop . There was soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bath, .however they were all empty ( both rooms). They did leave bar soap and a hand lotion, however, not what I expected from a Hyatt hotel.

No mattress cover on bed, Clock, two lamps, and the toilet were broken. LOUD music from another guest went on well into the night. Hotel is seriously run down. It was like being in a motel 6. Much better places to stay at the Harbison exit. This is the worse one we’ve used.

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly enough. Breakfast was great! I personally would not stay here again because the hotel ran out of washcloths and towels. So, if you're going during a very busy time, you may want to pack some to take with you. For the cost of the hotel, running out of towels for guests is absolutely unacceptable.

Really nice hotel. Rooms very spacious. Beds very comfotable. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast hot and fresh every day. Easy access from interstate. Cracker Barrel next door, nice to have a close by restaurant. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The rooms floors were very dirty and not enough towels so guests had to turn them in to be cleaned to get more clean ones. One room had mold, we moved, the upgrades were like putting lipstick on a pig, it's bright and cute but it's still a pig!!!!!
