Howard Johnson by Wyndham Beaufort Parris Island

The view was amazing this morning the marsh was beautiful ! The beds were really comfortable and the room was very clean and smelled good. There was coffee and pancakes and eggs . Juice bar and coffee bar . Really enjoyed the check in process it was done on a kiosk in the lobby . Very simple

Stay Away. Got a phone call while on way to check in to tell me that they had cancelled are rooms. Had to find a place to stay somewhere else and this was when the blue angels were in town. No where else to stay. Has to ride to mount pleasant to find a place.

We went for Bootcamp Graduation. It is pretty close to the base. It is an older hotel. We got 2 rooms. Both rooms were clean. Check in at the kiosk was easy. I needed extra towels and toilet paper. It was easy to get. My daughter deactivated her key on accident. Getting a new key was easy. We were only around for breakfast 1 of the 3 mornings. My kids would not eat anything. I had toast and coffee. The breakfast is the only thing we can say that was not up to par, everything else was fine.

No one attends the front desk. I called as soon as I got in my room because there was a stain on my comforter and had to call on my cell phone because the phone in the room did not work. The employee never called me back, as he said he would get me another comforter. I paid $122 for one night of disgust. If I could get a refund, that would be great. But if I can let other people know how terrible this place, I did my part. The hallway smells like urine and shady people/business was going on all over this property

Worst stay ever. Property is rundown. Awning over walkway was hanging off. One of the doors into the building would not shut or lock. No personal interaction; only a face on a kiosk. TV didn't work first night & no bathmat or washcloth 2nd day.
