This hotel seemed ok at check in. I was there for two days Sunday evening and Monday. Left 4 am Tuesday morning. The room had smell and extremely loud ac. Hotel itās self run down but I did see they have renovations starting. But I wonāt stay agian and would tell you to use caution if you do. I was approached by the cleaning lady Monday if I needed anything I said towels would be fine. She was very chatty and she proceeded asking personal questions where I was from, a handsome man like me must be married. I replied yes i am. Here for business. She then asked me if i wanted company later! I replied no thank you Iām married. She just smiled said āYour wife donāt have to know. Have you been with Italian woman before cause you donāt know what your missingā she wrote her number down told me āif you change your mind text meā and walked away. I could see she was clearly under the influence of some substance or alcohol. I have NEVER been approached by staff to do a āhook upā at any Hilton I have stayed at in 20 years. That was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. She wasnāt shy or embarrassed when I declined, I can only venture to guess sheās done many times prior to be so sure of herself. I locked my door concerned she would come back when i was out and steal my belongings, I left 4 am Tuesday morning. I donāt know if this is common practice at this hotel for their staff members. But I will not return to this hotel again. Shocked, offended, disappointed, unbelievable.

We forgot ore "My Pillows" and were 4 hours away when we realized it. Called and were told they were not in the lost and found and basically told you are S.O.L. Talked to the manager who said she would look into in in the morning and lets us know what she found out, but didn't contacts us back. Yes our fault but not a reason for someone to keep them

Clean and nicely appointed hotel room. My husband says the pool and hot tub are nice. Alex at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. He gave me toothbrushes and toothpaste and recommended some activities to do during the day. Although it is in a convenient location off the highway, you donāt hear road noise inn your room.

We found our room in need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. We stayed with family totaling 2 adults, 3 kids in a suite. The main kitchen light did not function. Maintenance came and got it to stay on so I could cook, but the next morning it was not functional. The larger burner of the cooktop did not work at all. The pans were not clean, along with some of the coffee cups in the cupboard. The only ice machines we could locate were on floor one and there was maybe a cup of ice between the 3 of them. I walked floor 2 and found no ice machines at all. The breakfast was good, typical hotel fare, but everything was stocked and hot. The sofa bed had what looked to be an unclean fitted sheet on it, but there was a clean set to use, which we did. The Velux type blanket had seen better days and was not good, so we used one of the layers from the main beds instead. Several surfaces were in need of cleaning, sticky, etc. We have stayed in much better hotels in this chain before.

Poor water pressure. Slow drain. Caulking in need of refreshment. TV not viewable from bed or couch. Someone was cooking what smelled like spoiled hamburger and onions. Sausage at breakfast was not great. Greeted by a strict, rote recitation of rules and policies. The most downscale Hilton I've seen in years.
