Holiday Inn & Suites Sioux Falls Airport an IHG Hotel

The owner and management of this holiday inn prey on elderly people. My mother mistakenly made a reservation, which was canceled within 2 minutes. Still, because the reservation was on the same day (their website auto-populates the date field with the current date) she is being charged $180. Like many elderly people, she makes mistakes online and in this case, the owner and management of this hotel gleefully took advantage of her age and mistake to pocket her money. When she called to correct the mistake they were very rude and hung up on her. If you have elderly family beware of this hotel. The owners take advantage of elderly people and do not respect them. Management and owners should be ashamed of themselves.

This hotel is a personal favorite in South Dakota! The hotel is super clean and conveniently located. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. When visiting Sioux Falls this is a hotel to have on your list. I cannot think of any negative, the stay was excellent.

This is a great hotel, but no breakfast! It was clean and comfortable. Mark was extremely professional and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. My only hesitation in returning, is that for the price, breakfast should have been provided.

This hotel is very new, clean, close to KFSD with a free shuttle to both Maverick Air Center for private aviation and the terminal. Excellent beds and bedding as well as really nice black out curtains ensure great night’s sleep. The Crooked Pint Ale House is the hotel’s restaurant which is really good. Fun menu, great drinks and wonderful staff. The locals frequent this place too which is always a sign of an excellent hotel restaurant. Two staff members from the front desk were probably the very best stand outs for us. Edgar picked us up in the shuttle from Maverick Air Center and he was so friendly, professional and personable. Then we met Din at the front desk and he was excellent also. This hotels gets too marks all round. We hope to come back soon.

Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. They had veggie omelets that were good. Also, hot options including pancakes. Room was clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom. Accommodating staff. Easy check-in and check out. I would definitely stay again. The only downside is the room isn't very large for four people, with pullout bed in use. But it was good for one nigh.
