Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel

This hotel needs to be remodeled. It is dark. The lobby is dark and uninviting. We have stayed here several times because our grandchildren enjoy the pool, which is kid friendly. They really enjoy the slide. As a whole the place seemed cleaner than in previous visits and the breakfast had improved. The bathrooms are small and hard to get around.

Excellent hotel and accommodation, excellent customer service. It is a very nice clean hotel and if you forget something they are always willing to assist you when possible. I have stayed at this location quite a few times and have never been disappointed.

Don’t waste your time or money they don’t have breakfast like they say they do room was not clean at all I told lady at the front desk she look at me and said ok email us the pic no apology or do u want a discount on next room or free room just nothing she was rude I had hair all over the place the bed bathroom and trash on the floor so Ik nobody clean the room they only 5 Chanel’s on the tv

This is a great spot for a getaway with the family. The pool area is large and has a lot of fun features. The kids go crazy in there. Also, there's an outdoor pool that is nice. The rooms are decent and clean. Staff is friendly. Pretty good breakfast included with the rooms. Would stay here again.

If you have children/grandchildren, this is a great place to stay. There is an indoor swim park for all ages located on the property. They also have an outdoor pool. We spent four nights there with our grandchildren ages 3, 8 and 13. Needless to say, most of our time was spent at the swim park!!
