Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brandon an IHG Hotel

We stayed in this Holiday Inn Express on the way to the Badlands. It was very clean and seemed fairly updated. The location was quiet and the staff friendly. Highly recommend! Additionally this location is not far from Sioux Falls for restaurant selections.

Stayed for two nights while house-hunting in the area. The common areas (lobby, breakfast room) are nice-looking and updated, but the hallways could use some as well. We did not use the pool, so we cannot speak to that. We had a suite (only because that's all that was left). The sleeping area was fine except for one thing. THE BED IS WAY TOO HIGH! From the floor to the top of the mattress was 30 inches. Yes, I measured it. I literally had to stand on an ottoman to even get onto it. The furniture in the sitting area is old and tired. The upholstery is worn and even torn in a few places. The springs in the couch and chairs are shot. The tub/shower fixtures badly need updating. On the plus side, my husband appreciated having a Keurig in the room, the wi-fi was good, and the breakfast was what we expected. We would stay here again if they have rooms with lower beds.

Enjoyable stay, good breakfast, mini waterpark area for kids, clean, lots of charging ports, conveniently located near the highway, would definitely stay here again. Only semi negative thing can say is that the entrance way was somewhat obscured by another business and it was difficult to see at night.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. Beds and bedding were new and very comfortable Full service restaurant in the parking lot. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked like the families were enjoying it. Right off the interstate.

The staff makes you feel like you are family. Nice rooms and pretty good management! Great front desk staff and a good breakfast. I am a little pissed that i have write 200 words when i have said all i want to say about this hotel!
