Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown

Excellent isn't strong enough..Fantastic might be getting close...This was an exceptional hotel. Wish we stayed longer! The location next to the ballpark within walking distance to do many shops,bars,and restaurants..abd within a 5 minute drive to others madevtge choice for dinner difficult. Pamela at check in was SO helpful..The room was spotless with a comfy bed and plenty of space. A buffet breakfast with tons of options should please anyone..the staff kept all the areas stocked with fresh itens...yummy.and all the outside doors except the main lobby requiring room cards to access added to the security. We have found our go to place to stay in Greenville

Siobhan Front desk supervisor- We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton, Greenville SC in October. Siobhan was very helpful when we checked in it was really late and we were so tired. It was so nice to be greeted by someone happy and in such a good mood at that time of night. She was all smiles and helped us with our accommodations getting in and settled. She continued to be helpful and delightful every time we saw her. Another employee person who made a very good impression was Teresa in housekeeping she was very helpful and so nice.

The young lady Stephanie at the front desk went out of her way to help. It gave a sense of caring and started off our stay on the right foot. The room was spacious and clean. The staff recommended a few local restaurants and their picks were right on point! On our next visit to Greenville we are definitely staying here again.

Very nice property, clean with very nice employees. Nick in the breakfast area on the weekend is outstanding! Should be a model for guest experience influencer. Room was very nice, although the furniture that accommodated the TV and was supposed to provide storage was too small.

This hotel is top notch! We were here for a business trip at the beginning of the week but stayed for a couple extra days! This hotel is clean and very safe. Shout out to Stephanie at the front desk for helping us with our requests! Would stay here every visit to Greenville!
