Room was fine and seemed clean but we had a horrible experience with the restaurant/bar. We had a big group (30 people) coming in late (8pm) so I emailed to make sure the restaurant would be able to accommodate us and was assured that we would be taken care of. I also talked to Jay at the front desk the day of and confirmed that the kitchen knew we were coming, but there was one bartender and one kitchen staffer. At one point a member of our group started running food for them to our tables as it would slowly come out. At 10:00 there were several people (including kids) in our group that still hadnāt received food. It was unbelievable. I understand that with a large group you can expect it to take a little longer, but we were assured they would be prepared and they certainly were not. A little honesty wouldāve been helpful so we could have at lease ordered some pizzas for the 11 girls who just played 4 softball games and needed dinner.

I reserved a room here for my niece and her husband because they drive a Tesla and they have chargers there in their parking lot, but we got so much more. They came in from VA Beach to go to a hockey game with us, so we needed them to be able to check in early....and they made it happen. Everyone here is so nice. Room was beautiful (I didn't have my phone when they checked in to take pictures), quiet (even though it was on the side of the interstate) and the bed was comfortable (according to them). I cannot thank this hotel enough for helping me make this a great weekend for them. I won't hesitate to reserve a room here again. I don't understand any of the negative comments. Very pleased!! **only negative is that you do have to pay to park there, but I'm finding that in most big cities that is the case. I don't understand it, but with the rate of the room being lower the cost was still cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Do NOT stay here. After a long day of travel, all we wanted was a comfy place to lay our heads and rest. Unfortunately, upon using the bathroom. We found a roach hanging out. I do realize we are in the south and itās spring, but that says a lot about the cleanliness of the place when you have a huge roach wandering around in the bathroom. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else that actually cares when you have a customer issue instead of dismisses your issues. Simply DISGUSTING!!!

Sometimes you get great service, sometimes awesome service, and rarely you meet with someone who delivers inspiring service. I was on a travel assignment to Dothan, Alabama, and my travel partner was my son JoJo - actually his remains in his urn. After this assignment, I will finally be ready to bury his remains. Itās been a long road. Anyway, after I went to bed I was seized with worry over āJoJoā whose remains were still in the car. I threw a coat on over my pajamas and went downstairs. On y way out, Bianca who was on duty that night must have seen the stress on my face and asked me what was wrong. I tried to explain without sounding like a lunatic. Honestly, I didnāt want āJoJoā to be stolen - or cold and alone. Bianca walked me out to my car and fetched my JoJo. She carried his urn to my room ( it is painful for me to carry him because his urn femme of the weight he was when I carried him as a baby). Bianca - mother to mother - gave me a huge comforting hug - and a Bette nights sleep with my āJoJoā safe in my room. God bless you, Bianca, and thank you so very much for your extraordinary kindness and compassion.

Disgusting hotel. Infested with roaches. GM is a joke. If you don't want to bring bugs home with you, avoid at all costs! The front desk staff is terrible. Rude staff. I have never been so disgusted with a Hilton stay before. I first noticed a roach in the public bathroom. I figured it was a fluke thing because we're in the south. But the room had many signs of infestation and we ended up leaving and going elsewhere. We were made to pay full price even though we didn't end up staying. The GM made excuse after excuse. Yikes.
