Hyatt Place Warwick Providence Airport

Overall good stay. Clean and updated as it’s a newer hotel. Felt safe and most of the staff pleasant. Not much around so driving for food and entertainment is a must. Breakfast was okay and had the basic buffet items. Quality of food could use improvement but when hungry there was something for most guests. Only real negative was thin walls. Nothing that kept us from sleeping but while awake to hear doors closing and voices from the hallway like someone was in the room was frustrating. Would stay agin if needed.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ULESS YOU WANT TO FACE DISCRIMINATION AND RECEIVE THREATS OF POLICE BEING CALLED ON YOUR INFANT OR YOUNG CHILDREN BY TAMMY AND AIDA SOSA TAVEREZ. Our stay at Hyatt had started out great, we loved the room we were greeted by Paul and we were very enthusiastic about our stay. On our second night my infant had been fussy and we received a visit at the door regarding the noise complaint. After this I was able to get the baby settled and all of to sleep we were than disrupted from our sleep due to Tammy calling the phone. Tammy threatened to call the police on my baby if they received another complaint as they already 2 complaints. I explained that my baby was asleep and could not of disturbed anyone else since the first complaint, she again threatened police and hung up the phone. In the morning I decided to speak with Aida Sosa Taverez and explain the situation and she also backed up Tammy wanting to call the police and went as far to say 5 rooms had called to complain I explained to Aida we were told it was two and that my daughter had stopped crying after the first complaint. Aida dismissed anything I had to say and again defended the fact that Tammy wanted to call police on an infant. My baby was not in danger and was doing something natural for her age, this hotel does not have correct accommodation for a family and does not know how to deliver acceptable customer service I begin to wonder if my family had presented different had we been treated with a different approach or with more respect.

I was traveling with my family, including 2 young children, and we parked our car there for an extended stay while we were away. The man at the check-in desk was very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The walk to the airport was easy. Our only negative was that there was no microwave in the room, however, We arrived late, so did not ask for one. Our flight was too early, so we were unable to make the 6am breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, super easy access (next door) to car rental return and T.F. Green airport. Pillows and bedding could use some upgrades but overall a good experience. Good restaurant right down the street (The IronWorks). We have stayed here numerous times and highly recommend.
