Hampton Inn & Suites Providence Warwick Airport

This place is gross. Smells like mold, the beds are rough/stiff and creek with every move. The pool is fun, but you see scum above it and the lighting in the pool area is dim. Going to the pool is a hassle, you cannot just use your room m key to get in, you need to go to the front desk and request a different key card that needs to be reprogrammed every half hour. Just a very sketchy place.

This hotel is due for a major overhaul every surface showed wear and tear. I had to change rooms due to the fact that trash was left behind beneath the sink and the door handle literally pulled off the door in my hand. Unfortunately this was not a great experience for Hampton inn and suites. Typically we are very happy with our stay at this hotel chain. I do have to say despite the facilities being pretty worn down the staff made up for some of it by their kindness and professionalism. I would not stay here again unless everything is updated and renewed.

This place is a D. U. M. P. Smelled terrible. Luke warm shower at best, filthy, beyond dated & there is no more shuttle service. There was allegedly a $15 credit for a Lyft with a balance fee of nearky $40! To go 1/2 mile?!?!? Ended up having to pay an uber. Never again!

Agree with others who said this location needs to be audited. Room missing moldings, water leak damaged the wallpaper in the dining room, and possibly the WORST breakfast I have ever had in a Hampton Inn! Saturday the breakfast meat was meatballs, overcooked until the were hard as rocks, and Sunday the breakfast meat was sliced hot dogs! Who serves these things? Of course the eggs and potatoes were mostly cold as well. Knock $20 off the room rate and cancel the breakfast if you can't provide edible fare.

Excellent service all around. My daughter and I stayed here for 3 days for a tournament. Jacob at the front desk was so helpful and friendly not just at check in but our whole stay. At breakfast, Brian and Ray were amazing!! Very warm, friendly and made us feel at home. Food was good. Our room was clean, fresh and spacious. Overall a great spot. The people here definitely make it not just another place to stay. Thank you!!
