Beech Tree Inn & Cottage

Beach Tree Inn was fabulous! It was a girls trip to visit Salve Regina- my daughter will be attending there in the fall. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying the delicious breakfast; visiting with the awesome owner; and chatting with other guests about Newport. We also loved getting snuggles with their amazing dog! We will definitely be back!!

I love staying at Beech Tree. I have stayed there three times and each time is excellent. The hosts are gracious. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I enjoy a cup of one of their herbal teas in the evening. Big thumbs up for their yogurt parfait!

We had an outstanding experience during a weekend stay in the suite room. The accommodations are well-kept and cozy, the staff was super helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. If/when we visit Newport again, we will certainly book another stay.

Had a great experience at Beech Tree Inn. The host were extremely accommodating. The location was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was perfect. And they even had a goodie bag for our dog. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at this B&B, our first ever experience at one. The pictures absolutely do it justice....big room, beautiful common areas, but it was really the extra touches that did it for us. From the available drinks and snacks upon arrival, to the additions (juice, fresh breads, etc.) to the free breakfast....oh, and the fresh made chocolate brownies....all good! We were concerned that perhaps the walls would be too thin, but though there was someone in the room right next to us, we did not hear them at all. Great king size room with huge jacuzzi. Just a wonderful stay.
