Holiday Inn Williamsport an IHG Hotel

Room 503. Absolutely filthy! Hasn’t been cleaned properly in years! Filth, bits and pieces of dirt on the floor and furniture everywhere. Stains, dirt, filth in full sight! Cobwebs under the tv stand, in the top of the lamps. Under the bed has not been dusted/cleaned in years and years! Photos attached. Room has been completely run down and neglected for years. Way past a refresh, disgusting.

Great location for an impromptu weekend getaway! Left home not knowing where we were heading…found ourselves in Williamsport. Walking distance to 3 great breweries, wish we could have found a better option for breakfast but the town was pretty deserted on Sunday morning. The walk along the river was a quiet and lovely way to end our weekend. For the price, a continental breakfast would have been nice…

Great location and price. Room was a good size. Big drawback was the smell of the room and the fact that we could hear clearly the people in the room next to us. There was a definite cigarette smell throughout the room and bathroom.

BED BUGS!! Yes, I said BED BUGS! Reported to the manager and he insinuated I wanted a refund! I told him close the room immediately before someone else gets infected! I’m on steroid cream and prednisone pills. Disgrace! Plus… the restaurant is closed! The outdoor bar is too small to accommodate the hotel guests.

Great reception, great breakfast, great room, loved it. Didn't have time for the indoor pool or gym. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. A place you could stay for awhile and really enjoy. ,........... ..........................!
