Stayed here for my sons baseball tournament. We booked a King bed with a pull out sofa that has always been perfect for the kids. There was no linens or pillows for the pull out. When we asked the front desk for linens and pillows the worker said they would look and to stop down in a little to see. Upon going to the front desk the worker said there was a baseball team staying and the hotel was out of pillows. The pull out mattress is the equivalent of springs with a sheet over them. Zero padding. The floor is more comfortable without springs poking your back. The pullout bed is absolutely useless and not practical for anyone to lay on. We had to fold it back up so 1 kid could sleep on the couch and the other curled in a chair. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in that wasn't willing to make sure the stay was relaxing. Anytime I've ever needed anything at a hotel it was promptly brought to our room. Apparently this hotel only had 1 worker and couldn't bring the linens that should have been in the room. I've also never been told the hotel was out of pillows.

The people working at the front desk were exceptionally nice. The carpeting in the corridors was disgustingβ€”it’s filthy and has stains all over it. Luckily, our room was a bit cleaner, for the most part. However, the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and the paint was pealing. And the grate over the bathroom fan was so gross; looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The hotel offers a breakfast to guests. The breakfast was pathetic to say the least. Bottom line β€” this Hilton property was a disappointment for the extremely high cost.

Stayed here for Buisness at some of the local hospitals. Rooms are dated but everything is clean. The maintenance could use some addressing as my door looked like it could use an upgrade with the broken peep hole. I'm hyper-vigilant as a sole traveler I'll admit. The front desk staff were all great! I was greeted every time I passed the front desk.

ONE STAFF MEMBER pretty much ruined our experience overall. My family had a block of rooms for a family wedding. We are a regular, decent family. The morning after the wedding, my cousin and his children were eating breakfast with my daughter and me, when one of the staff members came up to me and started aggressively yelling at me. It took me a minute to figure out what she was talking about, I was pretty startled. I finally realized she was talking about my cousin's daughter's feet -- she was there in her pajamas having breakfast (she is 8 years old) and apparently she did not have anything on her feet, so that was what precipitated the incident. Once I realized what she was yelling about, I explained, "Oh, I am not her mom" -- it was clear to me that she was yelling at me (and not my male cousin) because she assumed as the "mom" of the child, I was the responsible one who should make sure she had flipflops or something on her feet. The female staff member (with bright blue eyeliner around her eyes, and long blonde/brown hair) then turned her attention to my cousin and started yelling at him. My cousin (who has a doctoral degree, is a highly respected member of his community) calmly told her we would be leaving shortly. She continued to yell at him, and he finally said, "Okay, look, we are leaving in 10 minutes. If you need to, you can call the health department." This made the female staff member go even more berserk, but she temporarily retreated. Then she came back kept circling back to loudly comment to/about us to the point that it cut short my visit with my cousin (whom I rarely see, unfortunately), who left shortly thereafter. I was in the bridal party so I stayed an extra day to help clean up the venue. The next morning -- 24 hours later -- I went out to get breakfast and I heard this same woman loudly complaining to other staff members that I had said "I am not her mom" the previous morning when she had come over to yell at my cousin's daughter for not having shoes on and called me "behavior trash". She repeatedly said the phrase "behavior trash." I could not believe my ears. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been made to feel at a hotel, it was the opposite of warm, welcoming, and hospitable. I also did not think I had done anything to warrant such an extreme response, over a day later. Given the hostile, rude way with which she had approached our table, I am not sure what else she expected. It has been a couple of weeks since this occurred and it has continued to bother me such that I thought I should write a review and email the management of the hotel. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this hotel as this one staff member made our stay incredibly stressful. We checked out as soon as possible that same day. Overall the hotel is decent. The inside room (actually we booked a King "suite" and it was pretty small) was a bit humid/dank, there was a lot of condensation on the window and curtains. It was clean, and overall it was a decent place to stay. The breakfast each morning is very good. The other front desk people were very helpful and kind. I would have rated the hotel 4.5 out of 5 if we had not had that horrible incident with one of the female staff members -- which brought down my rating to 2/5.

The hotel is close to where we met our family. Easy check in and check out. Great breakfast with coffee available all day which for me is a great plus. Well lite public spaces and parking lot. Always felt safe.
