Nice location to stay if visiting the casino. Most of the parking is located in the parking garage for the casino which has an attached walkway. Staff were friendly. Check in was smooth. The thermostat was not operational in our room and there was a piece of a rubber glove in the bed linens. We would likely stay again if visiting the casino.

Beautiful room, close walk to casino, incredible restaurant Bistecca, Fantastic Live Entertainment & Shuttle all hours. Everything is close & convenient. The Outlets are close by & a great deal for such wonderful amenities! We WILL be back!

definitely not on par with other Hyatts I wouldnāt recommend staying there, but there arenāt a lot of other options in that area close to the casino. Iāve never seen a Hyatt room in this condition. Pretty bad. I would hope they do some renovation soon

Lovely hotel, very clean. Room was spacious and we enjoyed having a sitting area to relax and watch television. Staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient to have the casino connected to the hotel. Parlay lounge had great food and nice atmosphere. It was a nice little getaway for Valentine's weekend.
