Tannersville Rental Near Camelback Ski Resort

Hotel service and stay was excellent. My kids and I enjoy the indoor water park, arcade and restaurants. The rooms were big and very comfortable and all the staff provided us with a very professional service. The food was excellent and I wished that I would have been there when the outdoors Park was open. Maybe next time

Wonderful family place that both the adults and kids can enjoy. Lots of food options that is sure to fit all taste pallets. The indoor water park has slides, wave pools, basket ball courts, flow rider, and many other activities to keep the kids entertained. For the adults, there is a swim up bar and an amazing hot tub that is both in and outdoors. Mountain adventures provides outdoor activities for all ages. There is so much to do that 1 stay will not be enough!

There is a reason this is the cheapest place. Horrible service, you walk in and there is a line out the door to check in. You literally wait to check in an hour and half. When I was finished waiting the room wasn’t ready. It’s 2 hours and counting and I still don’t have a room. No compensation for their terrible service just lost money. Oh and then they hold your bags and it takes more time to access them once they take them. I will not be returning here and I suggest you go somewhere else. If you go here don’t say you weren’t warned.

I’m incredibly disappointed with our recent experience at Camelback Resort and Aquatopia. What was supposed to be a fun family getaway turned into a series of frustrating and unacceptable situations. We originally checked into a room that reeked of cigarette smoke — completely inappropriate for a resort that is supposed to be family-friendly. We requested a room change, but when we got to the second room, it was clearly not ready for guests. Drawers were open, chairs were stacked on tables, and it looked like housekeeping had simply walked away mid-clean. Unfortunately, things only got worse. The sofa bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable, the bed frame was broken with metal pieces sticking out — one of which caused me to get a painful bruise. The drawers in the room were defective and kept sliding open on their own, not only posing a safety hazard but actually injuring our baby on two separate occasions when he caught his hands in them. When we called to ask for help, we were told housekeeping only comes on the third day — despite the fact that we were only there for a two-day stay. No follow-up, no service visit, and no solution was provided. We reported all of this to management, but when we showed the manager video proof of the issues (including the drawers opening on their own), we were met with silence. There was no apology, no offer to make things right, and frankly, it felt as though our concerns were dismissed or not believed. We had planned to return for my grandbaby’s birthday, but after this experience, we now have serious concerns. Poor maintenance and a clear lack of attention to guest safety and comfort are unacceptable. The water park itself was okay, but also showed signs of poor upkeep. The only bright spots were the bell service and the cabana server — both of whom were professional, kind, and went above and beyond. It’s unfortunate that the rest of the experience didn’t reflect that same standard. Until Camelback addresses its serious customer service and maintenance issues, I cannot recommend staying here. Guests deserve better.

Family of five. Our first time at resort/aquatopia.In general we had a good time. Food is pricey, however it’s comparable to other indoor water parks in the surrounding area. Room was nice. However, the dust on everything. The artificial plants, on top of the umbrellas/cabanas. On the bamboo fence. On light fixtures. In the vents. Dust everywhere. Need to hire a cleaning crew!! And maybe replace the Lilly pads, they were literally falling apart into the water.
