Nittany Budget Motel

Kelly at the front desk is very friendly and provides the BEST customer service. She was concerned about making sure we had exactly what we wanted for breakfast and it was delivered promptly to our rooms in the morning as we were getting ready to rush out the door for a wrestling tournament we were in town for. While this motel was a little bit older in decor, it was certainly very CLEAN and tidy. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were convenient and the prices can't be beat. We had our family of 4 stay in a room with 2 double beds and it worked out perfectly. Thank you Kelly for helping us to have an enjoyable weekend and stay! Your customer service is excellent. Keep it up!

Clean and nice room, Joey the manager was nice on the phone, but wow, Kelly B. at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. So hospitable and funny, we cut it up for at least 15 minutes talking. Thank you so much Kelly, you made our trip!!! Next time we come back to state college we’ll be heading to the nittany budget motel!

Front desk person, Kelly Burns, was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delivered to your room. Parking is plentiful. Reception area sells beer and snacks. State College is home to Penn State which is a college football power.

We have stayed at this motel at least 6 times. It is always clean and quiet, good location and named Budget because it is. The beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. Plenty of linens and good lighting. Ample room to s place suitcases and spread out. It has recently been updated. Not fancy but clean, comfortable and restful. That's what we are looking for. No problems ever. Pleasant staff.

The Nittany Budget Motel and Kelly Burns we a port in the storm! I can't say enough good things about my experience here. My family and I were coming back home from a trip in NY when our car broke down. The hotel was comfortably situated for us to get there and then take care of our car issues. However, the accommodations that we needed were right inside of our room plus some. If we were staying in the area on purpose, we would likely stay here again because of the free continental breakfast that is delivered in the morning, the microwave, refrigerator en suite, and the comfortable mattress. Better still, everything was clean and we had no worries laying our tired heads down. Kelly was a joy and I hope she's appreciated for her excellent hospitality. Thanks Nittany!
