We had a wonderful stay here for the Leafs-Pens game. The place was fully booked and our room was only ready later than the 3 pm guaranteed time, and the next morning they were only willing to give us to 11:30 (instead of 11) since they were fully booked again. Other than that, which were minor inconveniences for us this time, they did a really good job. The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was very good, was well stocked (and we only came down for the last 30 minutes of it) and staff was very nice and helpful. Parking is an issue that may impact someone's decision to stay here. It worked out for us as there was a spot when we got there and the ease of entry and exit, and proximity to the hotel, was nice albeit expensive. William at the front desk was very helpful explaining it to me when I called prior to reserving to get the full picture on the parking situation. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town and need to stay in the area.

I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of my room was extremely disappointing, as it remained uncleaned throughout my entire 4-night trip, and the bed was left unmade. The only housekeeping service I received was new towels. Upon inquiring at the front desk on the third day, I was informed that I needed to specifically request room cleaningāa service I assumed was basic and automatic in any hotel stay. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were subpar and did not meet expectations. Overall, my experience fell short of what I consider standard hospitality services.

The front Desk associate by the name of William was the absolute best!! My son plays football there and we had to put him into a hotel until his apartment was ready and William was always so kind, attentive, and made sure we had no worries. His hospitality and customer service skills are hands down the best!!! I am staying here every time we visit Pittsburgh. William by far is one of the nicest people in the world!!!!

Donāt stay here⦠management is terrible. No light in the room, no heat, no refrigeration, no warm breakfasts etc. It was 7ā this morning outside and maybe 60 in my room. The electricity is shut off at the hotel 7am - 7pm today. Just elevators are working. Yes, it was planned but no notice provided when booking. The assistant manager was unapologetic for the inconvenience and said since it was my last day of my staff he didnāt see a problem. Donāt stay here.

We made a reservation for 30 nights with 3 rooms for our guests as a travel agency on their website. We paid in advance using a VCC before check-in. The amount was around 14 K Usd. However, the hotel is attempting to charge different amounts every day. We have been unable to find anyone to resolve this issue. The hotel is using the credit card details without informing us, and they are not responding to our emails. 22 November they tried to charge us 130 USD 23 November they tried to charge us 110 USD 24 November they tried to charge us 90 USD 25 November they tried to charge us 70 USD 26 November they tried to charge us 50 USD Since the payment is made before check-in, they are using the card details to charge more you. And when you called the hotel, they only told that 'we are not trying to charge'
