Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown

The staff were super friendly and extremely hardworking. They each seemed to perform several duties at the hotel. The location was excellent, the breakfast and happy hour were a nice perk, and the beds were very comfy. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Valet lost my car for over and hr, they could not dins my keys or vehicle. There was no sense of urgency. When I finally said i was going to call the police they found another employee to assist in locating my car. Apparently it was in the underground parking behind a few cars with my keys there.. even through they already told me it wasn’t there. Also the pool was dirty and myself and another guest called the front desk they said they would send someone right over and never did. Rooms were clean but the carpet was very old and should be replaced.. Rips in it.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of so many things to do and see. The building has some neat history and is a well run establishment. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

I love this place. Never been to Drury before that I can remember, but if they are all like this one, I am hooked. Got there and reception welcomed me and gave me drink tickets (and I used all 3). Also had a happy hour meal - AWESOME. Breakfast was also great. Got free drinks, 2 free meals and super nice people - even though I was wearing Ravens gear!

This hotel is absolutely perfect! From check in to check out, we had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly. I was so impressed to see even the manager helping clean up after breakfast one day. The breakfast has so many delicious options. The evening "kick back" also had delicious food and beverages to enjoy. Our room was huge and immaculate. I will be staying at Drury for all my future trips.
