We chose this location to park our car (we booked through Global Parking) and the plan was to take their shuttle to Philly airport....All was good until we returned to Philly... waited 1.5 hours for their shuttle to pick us up at the airport (we called 5 times and they kept saying "just a few minutes") and when he dropped us off in their lot, we discovered our car was broken into. Our windows were smashed and glass and papers all over the front seat we called the police and they said next time park in a lot where we KNOW they have security cameras... Wyndham advertises their lot is safe and secure ... it is NOT Do not park in this lot EVER.... We had a lot of damage and the hotel would not accept any responsibility

The lobby strongly smelled of incense which I ended up having an allergic reaction to. Had to take a Benadryl. Not the way I wanted to start my trip! I was given keys to a room then had to return to the desk because upon entering found the room not cleaned yet..dirty towels on floor in bathroom not a Wyndham experience!, bed not made and garbage on floor. There was no microwave, no coffee maker and no blow dryer as other hotels would normally have. I would not recommend staying here and Iām not.

I think this hotel has changed its name, it is the Wyndham Garden Hotel now. Address and other pictures match this new name. Flight was cancelled and was given a voucher by AA airlines to stay here. Room was outdated and in poor condition. I will say that the bed sheets seemed to be clean as well as the bathroom. Otherwise the carpet in the main room was stained and wall covering peeling off around AC unit. Did not try the TV etc.. since it was late and had early flight, shuttle from airport worked but was not a pleasant experience. We used Uber to return to airport the next day

I honestly donāt even know HOW this hotel is still operating and open. But here I am with ANOTHER bad review. the past two days have been horrible with AA and our last flight they rebooked, so they gave us a hotel voucher for this hotel. First, I didnāt even know we were at the hotel at first because there was no sign, hotel name or nothing. walked inside and it smelled horrid! spots on the carpet and floor. check in was easy but once we received our key and got to our room - it looked like we were in a motel. wallpaper peeling, a spot on the floor that looked like they killed a rat and didnt clean it literally, toilet and tub unkept . 10 channels ok the tv? smh, we could not get comfortable to sleep. this hotel should not be open until remodeled!!

The airport shuttle didn't arrive. The front desk staff was not friendly. The room lights were glaring. There was no soap in bathroom nor enough coffee packets. There is no ice machines nor bar nor restaurant. American Airlines booked our room because our connecting flight was delayed. We certainly would have never chosen this hotel.
