Someone entered my room and stole money from my wallet. What would have happened had I returned to the room while a stranger was in it. This happened while I was away from the hotel for a number of hours. There are no safes in the rooms or cameras in any of the halls. I had the no disturb sign on my door for my entire stay. I hope management does not push the robbery under the rug and takes necessary action to prevent future stealing. No longer a customer!!!!!

I booked a room online on Saturday to attend a funeral being held on Friday. Our stay was scheduled to start Thursday and check out Friday. Online it stated I wouldn't be charged until check in and gave me a conformation for my room. On Tuesday I received an email stating my stay wasn't guaranteed now without payment DESPITE everything listed on their website in multiple places. I reached out to the hotel and they said what I saw online was no longer valid despite me reading VERBATIM what was still in front of my face and they now needed FULL payment to reserve my room. I told them I wasn't comfortable paying in full without having actually stayed yet and offered to pay partial, after quit a few "let me place you on hold"s they said a partial payment was fine. Wednesday I get an alert that they were trying to charge two separate cards WITHOUT my approval for the remainder amount owed, luckily I lock my card just incase of situations like this. I reached out to them AGAIN and now they're telling me they once again need full payment to hold my room, I reminded them of the partial payment agreement and they said it was no longer valid ONCE AGAIN. After they realized I was NOT going to cave, they then said the partial I already paid was actually fine. Once we arrived (at 1:15 AM Friday morning) we were told we could only valet park, which was $45 for 24 hours. Given that we arrived at 1:15 AM Friday that would have us in the clear until 1:15 AM the next day, because thats how 24 hours works. They tried to charge an additional amount that same morning after us only having been parked less than 6 hours. The stay wasn't the greatest either, after a long night of travel you'd hope to be able to take a nice warm shower. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. Tried again after waking, STILL NO HOT WATER. Our family of 4 was forced to either take extremely cold showers or not shower at all. We stopped at the desk to check out and made them aware of the hot water situation and that we wanted to speak to a manager, we were told no management was available and they would have them reach out to us. Between the multiple unauthorized attempts at taking unauthorized amounts of payments, the switching up of THEIR OWN WRITTEN POLICIES, and overall being a hotel that cannot regulate their own water temperature I'd definitely look elsewhere. We have so many unauthorized transactions on our account from the hotel and management has yet to reach out to us, today is Wednesday.

horrible experience. We never got our room cleaned during the day. (to get new towels) Our TV signal kept on going in and out. the hot tub was "under construction". the pool was so cold that we couldn't even go in. Homeless guy sleeping outside. The only one thing I can say was good was the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I stay over on Thanksgiving weekend. What a nightmare. If I could give zero star I would. For room we were given smells like cigarettes smoke. Shower curtain missing and stain all over all the fixtures. Disgusted I called the front desk right away. She moved us to a different room. Room was not perfect but seems a bit cleaner. Nope!!!! Second night into staying we woke at midnight to find bedbugs walking around in one of the bed. Called front desk and she could offer was a wheelchair accessible room. At 1am we had to pack all our luggage to move to a different room which wasnât ideal or much cleaner but at that point in needed to get my kids back to bed.Continental breakfast is another issue. You are only safe with bagel and coffee. Everything else tasted disgusting. At check-in we were told they will be evening reception every afternoon at 5 pm. In all 4 nights never happened. Stay away from this place. Spent over $1000/4 nights for crappy service . Housekeeping is not doing their job at all.
