Four Points By Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

The hotel is fine, although overpriced. Comfortable and clean--good for one night if you are stuck overnight at the airport, like I was. But...I had breakfast the next morning, and the bill came to about $20, which I put on my credit card. I discovered a few days later, however, that the hotel had charged $120 to my credit card. A phone call to Sheraton central solved the problem, and they forced the hotel to reimburse me for the $100. The overcharge was due to either (a) incompetence, or (b) dishonesty. Take your pick. Either way, if you are staying here, make sure to check your credit card charges! Better yet, stay somewhere else!

Do not stay here!! Terrible service. Charged us for checking out a day early, after 2 days, before checkout with no minimum required. Also, very dirty. One of the rooms we were with had to switch because the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. Manager Paul, incredibly condescending and unhelpful. Go anywhere else!

I came to PA to visit my family and go to a basketball game and from the time I got there to the time I left I had a not so great stay. The guy at the front desk wasn't very welcoming at all to where I didn't want to ask him if we could have more towels because there wernt any in bathroom when we got there. Breakfast was ok but the fact that they were out of most of the ingredients made it easy to pick what we wanted to eat 🤷🏽‍♂️ I will definitely pick somewhere eles to stay if I come back to PA

The manager here is very rude, and obviously just wants to save a buck instead of listening to concerns of the people who stay here. So many reviews have complained about the beds, yet he continues to preach how good the beds are. We had multiple issues at this stay, and time and time again, the manager Chris refused to help, and even told us that my pregnant wife could have left the hotel in the middle of the night to go to a different hotel if the beds weren’t good. Who says that? Someone who shouldn’t be a manager at a hotel, I’m sure he will defend himself (as expected) because that’s what people do, who don’t make it right for the customer. Horrible stay, and the manager should take some courses on how to be of customer service. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Was a great place for our family to leave our cars and spend the night before we flew out in the morning. Shakira at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to and from was very reliable. We also enjoyed a drink and snacks at the bar.
