Super 8 by Wyndham New Stanton

Pillows were horrible and questionable. The bedding was old and I would not walk around in bare feet. Mold in the corners of the shower. The bathroom was "repainted". I know the hotel is old but no excuse for not being clean and updated to smoke free like most places are.

The bed was very comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great! We especially enjoyed the waffle maker! The coffee was good, too. The staff was friendly and courteous and we slept very well! We hope to stay here again on our way back from visiting family.

Although hotel is good, but hotel takes a hardcopy of the credit cards "Paper copy" of all guests which is not acceptable for me, because how can I ensure no frauding! I advise any person worries of frauding of his credit card not to stay in this hotel as they must take a paper photocopy of credit cards "CC". I had bad experience with the front desk manager, Once I arrived they ask me for my CC, I gave to her as normal but I surprised that she put in the copier machine and take a picture without asking me! When I requested not to do that, she said this is the policy of the hotel for all guests to have a copy of all CC. Front desk manager said this is a must and replied to me saying" I`m not going to argue with you" I was not comfortable due to any possibility of Frauding!

Staying here was everything we expected it to me. The person behind the desk was kind and professional, and our room was clean and comfortable. If we need to stay in New Stanton in the future, we'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

I couldn't find thermostat for the air conditioner and the staff was very helpful in finding it. My only complaint is the lack of local TV stations. I enjoyed the fridge, and the property was clean and quiet. The rates were reasonable, and I would recommend this motel to any traveler.
