Great hotel, friendly, helpful, professional staff. Clean, comfy rooms. Great complimentary breakfast with super helpful staff. Good location for New Hope, Lambertville, Peddler's Village. Just a great place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Was there with granddoughter for 2 night stay. First impression - windows were extrememly dirty. Inside of room was ok. Thermostat on lowest heat setting was too hot. Had to turn thermostat off to be comfortable. First Night - Could not sleep/relax until bar closed because music/ loud singing could be clearly heard in our room. Second night - worse experience. People were going and coming from bar area and talking loud outside of our room People upstairs were loud. Called front desk a few times to complain. No one ever answered the phone. Could not fully sleep or relax either night Would not stay here again.

Grossest place Iāve ever stayed. There were some random womanās Clothes under the mattress and blood or crap stains on the sheets. The staff was barely present and everything was dirty. I honestly wouldnāt be surprised if there were no cleaning team. Donāt stay hereā¦

What a horrible place. Went back to the front desk 3 times before they even found 1 acceptable CLEAN ROOM. Brocken door locks, heater/air conditioner covered in BLACK DUST. Bath tub with rings of grime. The AUDACITY OF THIS PLACE TO NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE for their poor cleanliness of rooms is appalling. Not one apology. The first room was as far away as possible and HANDICAPPED?!?! No one was handicapped and bathroom dirty?!?! WTH GO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY

It is a no-frills motel, but absolutely would stay again. The room was clean, the bar was fun and it was the most reasonably priced place in the New Hope area. Would I choose it for a week-long vacation? Probably not. But other than the out-of-order ice machine, we had no issues.
