Hilton Garden Inn Hershey

We have been to other HGI in the past. The staff here are all friendly and pleasant the rooms need work. The temperature fluctuates between to warm and to cold. The beds are not great and the sheets don’t fit well. We don’t travel to spend a lot of time in the room but we want to feel rested at night and didn’t at this hotel. I think this place has a lot of potential because as I said the staff is very nice.

I had a great experience with my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Hershey. The property is beautiful beds are comfy and staff is fantastic. I had the pleasure of checking in with a nice man named Zach . He was so pleasant and professional gave suggestions of things in the area to see. I appreciate being met with a smile at check in after being on the road traveling all day. I was checked in quickly and on my way to relax . Thank you Zach ! HGI you have a great employee.

When I first walked in Mrs. April greeted me with a smile. Made me feel very welcome when checking in. This is the kind of service we still need in this day and age. I believe you guys have a Gem Employee in your staff. She also gave us great food recommendations around the area. If coming back to Hershey I will definitely tell my company to book this Hotel. I was a little leery after reading some reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. Every employee that I encountered were very pleasant. Check in was easy. I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day walking. Our room was clean and the bathroom was fine. We enjoyed our breakfast. I especially enjoyed that you go and make your own coffee from the hotels coffee pot so you aren't charged for the coffee as part of breakfast. We didn't eat dinner here because their menu was limited. But every night they had the most delicious oatmeal rasin cookies free for the taking. The only problem we encountered was an extremely noisy neighbor one night, but that's not the hotels fault. If he were there the other nights I would have requested a change of room.

I booked a room to have a place to shower & rest after concert. The room was ready upon arrival @ 6pm. I left for the concert & came back just after midnight to notice no shower curtain. Front desk said the hotel was booked & any potential extras were locked up by housekeeping, who wasn't there till morning. I felt this odd to not have a shower curtain in the room and to no have the overnight front desk staff equipped to handle a unique situation such a this. It put them and myself in an awkward spot. We checked out/left around 9:15 and heard nothing from anyone on my request for a shower curtain so I could shower. Any other person staying longer or truly needing a shower may have used it and made a complete mess of the bathroom. Hopefully they stripped our beds after check out.
