Extended Stay America Suites Philadelphia Horsham Dresher Rd

I Stayed here on a trip to visit my family up north and had a pleasant experience. The room was affordable, and quiet. Stayed here a a few days and room was cleaned well in between. This location was good and convenient as well for where I needed to go.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - HERES HOW IT WENT AT FROM 9PM TO 11AM (when we checked out) 9pm - they charged me 125$ for the room and 100$ deposit which was 35$ more a night then the website but i was tired and said OK. 9:30pm - one elevator to the 3rd floor smelled like feet Midnight tried to call from desk and phone doesn't work 1 am - realize I'm really getting cold as is my sick boyfriend who is in kidney failure and has a hard time regulating his temp to begging with, i realize the heat isn't kicking on even though i set it to over 80 at this point 130 am - call front desk and he hangs up on me when i tell him the issues and say i want my money back then I call guest relations and she just said maintenance will be in at 9 am, at the moment its 3 am and my bf and I just want to take showers, NOPE.......no hot water now either. I'm told that maintenance will be here at 9am.........so when I ask for my money back so i can go book another hotel room with it they pretty much said to bad..........bc I can't shower, I can't sleep in the cold...........for christs sake my boyfriend is huddled over a hair dryer for warmth! not only should i get all my money back immediately, i should be compensated in some fashion. In the meantime, bc i cant afford to leave I'm going to go sit in my car and turn on the seat warmers to get warm........225$ for this!! you gotta be kidding me

I enjoy visiting this hotel. It’s warm, the staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, and it’s conveniently located. However, they should improve their facilities by painting the walls, replacing furniture, and installing granite countertops. Sometimes you just wanna feel like you're living in luxury.

The staff there are wonderful. Everyone you come into contact with from the Front desk to maintenance are kind and treat you like family. We stayed there longer than planned and got to know everyone. The room we had was perfect for us. Our dog loves being there and getting to see the staff and other guests. When we stay in the area again we definitely will stay here.

2 weeks ago I Went to visit family and am glad I stayed. Room was nice and clean, such an affordable price and we enjoyed our stay, No complaints. The check in and check out was smooth & staff I encountered was nice. It was greatI Would stay here again.
