I have stayed here many times. These are the friendliest bunch of people I’ve ever met. Hats off to all of them and whomever is responsible for hiring them. Gotta give a shout out to Marion in the kitchen. He is the absolute best and maybe the biggest Eagles fan I know. 😀

Friendly staff, but an about $300 a night (including fees and taxes), I expect more. The set up of room 137, a wheelchair accessible one bedroom suite, is awkward. The bedroom and bathroom door swing into the bedroom so you can’t get by without closing them. The HVAC was either on or off, no heat and cool settings, so when we set the thermostat for 70, the AC would pop on (this was in November). The temperature in the living area was freezing and in the bedroom warm, so we had to leave the door open between the two rooms negating any privacy for the people sleeping on the pull out sofa. The bathroom was located in the bedroom, so the people sleeping on the sofa bed had to walk through the bedroom to go to the bathroom. This is not how the hotel shows these rooms set up on the website; I think it was because the room was wheelchair accessible it had a different set up. The overhead light in the bedroom was broken. The safety lock on the inside of the door was broken. The shades in the room are motorized, but we only found the remote the last morning. One afternoon there was a pile of dirty sheets and towels in the hallway on the floor. The towels are the pool were stained. The lift to help people with disabilities get into the pool did not work while we were there (I asked about it multiple times over three days). At breakfast, they didn’t have oatmeal one day and ran out of coffee one day. The plates are plastic and styrofoam. No one at the hotel wears a uniform, which is fine, but they also don’t wear name tags so it’s unclear who is working and who is a guest. The pool is great for kids. Parking is free and easy. Although I hated the breakfast food (everything had sugar in it, was super processed, and full of sodium and there was only black tea, no herbal) it’s nice that it’s there and free. Though they offer wheelchair accessible suites, but I hope I can find a better option nearby.

Stayed here for a nearby wedding. Room was clean & hotel seems relatively new. Bed was comfortable. Sunday buffet breakfast was good - lots of options & staff was frequently checking to replenish items & coffee. No complaints about our stay. Would come back.

I stay at this hotel every other week and have been doing so for the past two months. The hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is terrible They mostly serve omelettes that were premade by the time they’re out in a big container. They’re already cold and half of them are not even cooked thoroughly where the cheese is melted. Once on a Sunday, they brought out the waffle machines, i’ve only seen them once out of approximately a month of continuous time I’ve been here The staff does not seem to care about the customers. They are not rude, but just don’t seem to care. I’ve asked for a frying pan because the rooms are not all equipped the same way and had to ask several times before I could get A pan to make eggs because the breakfast is so terrible

We traveled to this property for my sons wedding with my family, and could not be happier with my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful with all my extras I requested. The manger front end manager night time front desk and housekeeping were amazing . So convenient that the hotel is pet friendly and the breakfast that’s included helped make everything easy . I would highly recommend this property and could not be happier with my experience
