Hilton Garden Inn Erie

We stayed here this past July for one night. We stay in Hilton properties all the time and d gave for years. This hotel was fine with regards to cleanliness but the next morning there was no friendliness at the front desk. The lady tending the desk was very rude to my husband over the breakfast we purchased with our room. He didn’t have the paper copy of the purchase which she could have looked up with our reservation. It was upstairs with us in the room. She was also rude to my daughter and I when we went down to breakfast. This is a pay breakfast and it was not as good as free breakfast at any Hampton Inn. I don’t know what the upside to this hotel would be when there are other places to stay in Erie. A lack of hospitality

My room smelled like dog, the pillows and bedding smelled musty, and I woke up with terrible allergies. Would have asked to switch rooms but I got in so late I was too tired to move. The lobby is nice and the staff is nice, but the rooms are outdated and musty.

Really nice hotel with clean updated rooms, with a nice lobby to relax in. I would have given it 5 stars, but a hotel at this price range should provide a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast they offer is expensive for what you get. Glad there is a Cracker Barrel next door!

This by far was the best Hilton garden inn. My son and I had no issues at all. Usually there's little things that may be annoying but was none here. We stayed here for the D-Day reenactment in Conneaut. The pool and hot tub were working well. By far, the best hot tub and pool. You could smell the chlorine as soon as you walked into the hotel. I only pick hotels with hot tubs cuz my aching legs need it. Everyone was nice and pleasant. There's a Burger King and cracker barrel right next door so was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
