Fantastic hotel, the staff is so welcoming, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is on point! The staff goes out of their way to assist in an ways possible and will accommodate your requests if available. The hotel has a wonderful selection of games, menus from establishments that deliver and great recommendations on what to do in the area! Thank you for always putting your guests first, one of our favorite places to stay in the Lancaster area!

We had states for my daughter’s high school cheer team competition and booked another hotel. Our athletic director tor booked it not knowing the conditions of it. Upon arrival it was filthy and had no hot water. The Home2 Suites immediately accommodated all 20 of our athletes, 2 coaches & lots of parents. They welcomed the girls with fresh baked cookies, an extremely clean & beautifully decorated facility. The staff were all incredibly friendly & kind. They made an extremely stressful situation so much better. The rooms were immaculate & very cozy. The complimentary continental breakfast was absolutely delicious with so many options. We will 100% be back next year.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Home2Suites by Hilton in Ephrata. It was our first time staying here but won't be our last. The hotel is conveniently located off of Rt 222 and Rt 322. The lobby is large and welcoming. The breakfast area is right off the main lobby. Breakfast is included with your rate. Our suite was very clean and well maintained. We spoke with Trish at the front desk She is very friendly and helpful. She is an asset to the hotel! We are already planning our next trip back!

The room was very clean and quite spacious. It has full size refrigerator, as well as a dishwasher. Also has basic pots and bowls for cooking. Bathroom was a bit small. The pillows are somewhat soft and flat. The desk clerk, Brandon, was very pleasant.

This hotel was excellent in every way...it was clean modern fresh and quiet. Beds were great and perhaps my most important measuring stick: The shower was hot with great water pressure. Just what you need when coming back from a day of work, or being at the parks in the summer. All of the front desk staff were great..we were warmly greeted every time we left or came back. It snowed one day and they happily provided me with a snow brush. I also received a welcoming e-mail just before our visit. I think this is a nice touch and you know where to write if there's an issue that comes up at the hotel. Alas, there were zero such issues at this hotel we will gladly stay a again when business of pleasure brings us back to the area. Also, there are plenty of restaurants within a two or three block radius of the property. This hotel gets an extra star for being walking distance of a Dunkin'. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
