The front desk people were pleasant. That was as good as the stay got. The room furniture was outdated and old in the room. The chair was stained and ripped in several areas. The TV was not a Smart TV so you could only watch the channels provided, you could not sign in to Netflix or any other streaming service. We ventured to the pool, there were NO towels. We asked for towels, we were handed two hand towels and two small towels. We went back up to the room for a bit and decided to go back down to the pool, on the way down, we stopped at the front desk to ask for towels, we were told they did not have any more. The man told us he would recheck and gave us three small towels. The other guests in the pool area were not happy that towels were not available. We checked out early this morning, we stopped to get the breakfast at 7:45. There was bacon, the other hot plates that had food in there were empty. We were a family of four, there was one fork. Extremely disappointed in the quality of a Marriott hotel. I would not recommend this hotel if you do decide to go, bring your own towels and utensils. Also bring food for breakfast, Enron though it is included.

This is the worst Marriott experience and the worst property I have ever been. Very rude customer service, the help desk was so disrespectful, she was yelling at me and my family because we were complaining about the broken pool and they charged us twice for the stay. Very dirty property, smell really bad.

Ah, the holidays—the perfect time for relatives to visit, share some joy, and occasionally decide they’d rather bunk down at a nearby hotel instead of taking over your guest room. Lucky for us, being members of Marriott Bonvoy saved the day! Our guests stayed at TownePlace Suites Nazareth, and wow, it did not disappoint. They couldn’t stop raving about the quality of the place and how friendly the staff were. It was a hit! P.S. While waiting in the lobby, I witnessed something you’d expect more in a sitcom than real life—a guest was harassing the hotel manager over what can only be described as a ridiculous complaint. To her credit, the manager stayed cool as a cucumber, despite being on the receiving end of what felt like a one-person comedy sketch, minus the laughs. Now, let’s talk about pools. Here’s a fun fact: hotels are legally required to keep their pools sparkling clean and chemically balanced according to health codes (yes, it’s more science than magic). But guess what? If a guest decides to throw the pool’s delicate balance out of whack by, let’s say, doing something… unusual (I’ll let your imagination fill in the blanks), the hotel has to shut it down. It’s not optional, folks! Resetting pool chemistry isn’t like waving a magic wand and saying, "Hocus poolcus." It can take days, sometimes weeks, to fix! So when a guest, possibly the very one who caused the issue, starts demanding the pool be reopened immediately, well… let’s just say they’re asking for a miracle in the wrong department. In short: Kudos to the staff at TownePlace Suites for handling both guests and pools with professionalism and patience—two things that are clearly harder to maintain than a perfectly balanced pool.

This will be part one of my review. Stayed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Booking and check-in was a breeze. Staff very friendly. Hotel is dated but clean. Extremely disappointed in the pool and hot tub area. My son and I stayed specifically to get out of the cold, relax and use the pool and hot tub. I am also rehabbing from an auto accident and thought I could do my Aqua Therapy in the pool. Went to the pool in the afternoon and found the area to be clean and have a nice lounge, chairs and towels. The problem was the water in both the hot tub and pool were freezing. My son, who loves to swim, refused to even sit on the steps, the water was so cold. When I inquired at the desk, someone came in and checked the pool temperature and told me it was 77°, which was within reasonable limits. That may be reasonable when it’s 90° outside but not when it’s 30. I have never stayed at a hotel where their indoor pool was less than 83 to 85°. They also told me that there was a problem with the hot tub and someone was coming out to look at it in two days, but that was not going to help me during my current stay. Since we couldn’t use the pool and hot tub, we thought maybe we would try the workout room. Not at all like the hotel website pictures. It had one elliptical machine, one bench with a couple, free weights, and some medicine balls. No tread mills, no bikes. Very disappointed in our stay so far. Will post another review after check out tomorrow on the bedding, and breakfast.
