Comfort Suites Downtown Carlisle

Great stay at this hotel. The check-in by Eddie was great. He's a real asset to this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The checkout was smooth when I left at 5:30 am. The 1794 Whiskey Rebellion is a great place to relax in the evening.

From the check in on Friday until we check out on Sunday it was a wonderful experience. Taana the breakfast supervisor was fantastic. She was very pleasant and the area was kept immaculate. She couldn't be more helpful if you needed anything. Congrats on a nice hotel and great staff!!

Breakfast was a 10 and the breakfast supervisor Tacha was outstanding. Not only was the food excellent, but she was friendly and welcoming. The hotel however was mediocre. Terrible pillows, so-so mattress, fridge that did not work, broken lampshades. Checkin was challenging--either had to unload in a narrow driveway blocking other cars or on a city street with no ability to use a luggage cart. Location is great, but hotel needs improvement.

Very clean room. Loved all the towels. Great location and so walkable to sites in town. Breakfast very average. Microwave and nice sign fridge in room. No in room safe. Stairs from parking garage to property. I'm sure they are very busy with college events, so book early.

Very clean room Many towels, etc Very average breakfast Rude check-in clerk Shower water temps difficult to control N0 in room safety deposit box Parking for modest fee in garage behind hotel, however its a very narrow alley and no explanation by check in clerk to ignore payment sign at gate and simply take ticket. No separate container in room for recycle items
