Quality Inn Bloomsburg

Do yourself a favor, find another hotel. Guest service, if you can call it that, terrible. Staff checking us in, uninterested in assisting in any way. However, the “Karen” in the morning was the worst. I came down at 9:35 am and started to look at breakfast items, she says breakfast is over. I thought it ended at 10 am, she tells me it ended at 9:30 am. I asked if I could get a milk for my 10 year old son, and she repeated that breakfast is over. Gotta love the warmth and consideration.

Comfortable stay. Room was just fine with a soft mattress and pillows. Clean and fresh smelling room and very friendly staff. Toilet-tub a little small. Breakfast was more than satisfactory for us; mainly grains/cereals and cold items with waffles and fruit also available. Nice find considering everything else was extremely overpriced.

A stop for the night as we traveled home. No reservation. The night clerk (don't know her name- (7/6/24) was very kind and patient with me. I was exhausted. Needed just one room for one night. Worked to find me a room on the first floor, since no elevator, and my knee was barking loudly. She did. Gave me a rate found on the internet, which I appreciated. Room was clean, although the bathroom was tired. It probably was as clean as it could get, given its age. Bed and pillows comfy. Not much outside noise. Couldn't hear the highway from the side we were on. Yea. Morning clerk was equally friendly, as was the morning breakfast attendant. If you need a quick sleep without spending a fortune, here ya go. I'd stay again.

Good points-- cookies in the lobby, washer and dryer, excellent front desk staff. Affordable rooms and the location is near lots of great food and shopping. Bad point: Room stinks like cat pee. I am in room 140 and can't change rooms as the hotel is sold out and I don't feel like driving at night in the rain to find another hotel. The bed is a bit too soft for my taste. I like the staff but won't return unless they can offer me a room that doesn't smell.

The service was wonderful The beds the softest mattresses I have ever slept on and the pillows wonderful And you give us more then one pillow. Our stay was overnight. we attended a wedding on Saturday...The breakfast was very good also. Thank you and your staff for making us comfortable.....
