Hampton Inn Bedford

Hello The stay at this hotel was phenomenon. Great experience great work people there. Laura at the front does amazing work and goes out of her way to help and I am beyond appreciative. You know that people like that worked there. I would stay there again!

We love staying at the Hilton Hotels. This particular one stood out because the friendly lady who helped us was so pleasant. We learned her name was Laura and she seemed to know a lot of the peoples names that were coming and going. Knowing the names of the people who were coming in and out shows she takes pride in her job and likes to get to know the travelers. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely stay here again with no questions asked. Clean rooms, friendly & knowledgeable staff.

When we walked into the Hampton we were greeted by a very friendly woman named Laura. She got us checked in, told us about breakfast and the breakfast times. Then all about the other amenities that were offered at the time of our stay (the pool, gym and the times they were available). She also asked if there was any else we may need before showing us which direction our room we in. Also said, if we needed anything please let us know. Laura was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Laura kolodziej took excellent care of my needs and i plan on staying there more often. thank you for the clean room and amenities. please keep her at the front desk because she is a breath of fresh air!!! thank you for the warm welcome to the hotel

Had a great time. Laura front desk was amazing. She is the reason I would stay again. The sweetest nicest person and very helpful.. I can not say enough nice things about her. . She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and amazing..
