Best bed , room and breakfast we have had yet! I donāt belive ANY of these ridiculous 1 star reviews. I feel these idiots are just lying to get somthing we feel. It was the best day myself my wife Iāve ever had in any hotel. The rooms were clean. The hallway were clean. The whole hotel was clean. There were no roaches or bad smells or kids running up and down the rooms. This hotel was really really nice and the food was amazing. The only thing we complain about is the toilet is a too low. They have to update them. Thatās it. We are very happy. We stay for two days on business and we will be going back in the future. Great hotel great staff great day A+ five stars.

Professional staff and a welcoming lobby. However, the room was sadly outdated and a little shabby. The bathroom shower had what looked like maybe mold along the bottom. The lotion pump bottle was empty. The sliding mirror/door on the closet came off its track immediately. The room was clean, but didn't sparkle. We came down to the breakfast close to its end, but in any case, the eggs were cold, the potatoes tasted like cardboard, and the "Robust" coffee wasn't. It was convenient for our purposes, but another time, we'll look elsewhere.

This hotel is awful, truly. My family and I stayed here three nights over thanksgiving. The room: - It smelled like urine, - It was about fifteen years overdo for a remodel - stained carpeting, - A filthy chair and ottoman that looked like they dragged it in from a dumpster, - The mattresses were sunken and had a three inch height difference from the middle to the sides that had clearly been slept on for too many years, - The space behind the beds and nightstand was disgusting and looked like it hasnāt been vacuumed in a decade, - The closet doors were rusted and off the tracks, just jammed in, so you had to yank them off to use the closet, - The bathroom light was broken so we had to leave the door open to use it until they could replace the bulbs, and there was no ventilation fan of any kind for the shower and toilet, - The furniture was chipped, dented, a stained, - The kitchen floor was peeling off, - The hair dryer switch was broken off so you had to unplug it to turn it off, - There were three towels for a double queen room and you had to go to the desk to get more towels, - There werenāt any sheer curtains and we were on the first floor looking into the parking lot, so if we opened the blackout drapes (which appeared to be from 1995) anyone could see into our room. General: We each had to get our key cards fixed at least 6 times, as they stopped working repeatedly. The fire alarm went off on Saturday at 5:30am and when we came running out of our rooms the front desk staff just said ,āFalse alarmā. It went off again at 9:30am, another false alarm. Staff: the front desk staffed cycles between untrained and uninterested. We asked for a room change after one night and were refused. Pros: Plenty of hot water and the breakfast attendant was a lovely and hard-working woman. We wonāt be back.

In the evening at 9.50 pm. 10.10.2024 the hotel staff tried to open my door without knocking. Good thing the door was locked with a safety catch. I opened the door and asked what was going on. They told me, sorry, we got the wrong door. Even if they got the wrong door, they can't open any door in a hotel without knocking! I could have been naked, I could have been in the shower! I was scared to death!
