Everything’s sucks. The front desk has bad attitudes room was dirty. There is no breakfast like it says online. Trying to get extra towels was a chore in itself. I had to clean my own toilet and shower.

This hotel does not even deserve one star!!!! It should be minus + minus....... Upon driving up the grounds were unkept, as if the place was not opened. We forged ahead and parked and went inside. The lobby lookrd ok but was hot because the air was not working. I should have turned around then. But we checked in and went to find our room. Omg. The hallway was dark and dingy with a horrible smell . I was already afraid of what the room looked like. Entering the room reeked of smoke and musk. I didn't want to but my suitcase down. There was mold in the shower and the carpet was filthy. We immediately decided there was not way we could stay there. Went to the front desk and told them we were not staying. The plsce nerds to be closed down. Back in the day this location used to be a full service Holiday inn that was beautiful. This is a far cry from what this hotel used to look like. I would not advise anyone to stay there. I called my family that had reservations there and told them to do what I did and find another hotel

My husband booked a suite for one night while we visited Laurel Caverns. We were given a filthy room right next to the indoor pool that was right in the center of everything. The room key did not work at first , the air conditioning in the room made a horrible noise all night. The bed I slept was hard and the mattress was soaked in piss underneath the mattress pad and the smell could have knocked me out . No restaurant or breakfast available like advertised. The grounds is overrun with weeds litter and spit from the residents that live there and lie around on the benches. How is this even operating anymore. DO NOT STAY HERE , the only good thing is if you like the smell of band aids the hallway is your jam .

We stayed in October 2022 and there were several issues, which was to be expected with the cheap price, but still. I had stayed at this hotel in the past and it was never this bad. There were several exterior doors with locks that did not work. Our courtyard door did not lock properly either. The restaraunt was not open. And obviously no continental breakfast. But you could not even buy your breakfast at the hotel. The pool hours were unfortunately restricted so we weren’t able to take advantage of this. The rooms were okay but not pristine. The electrical was weird. The microwave sparked.

Ramada’s listing for this property is not accurate. Nor are their photos. Both the restaurant and the bar are shuttered. The fitness center is not operating. I didn’t see a hot tub. The hallways were dark, and the entire facility needs some major TLC. But, the staff were nice, the housekeepers were great, my key worked, and it was $60 per night. Just make sure you look at the traveler reviews, NOT the PR, to know what you’re booking,
