Hyatt House Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to the Philadelphia area, especially for extended stays of more than one night. The suites are so spacious, comfortable, quiet, and versatile. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home.

Recently visited for business and the staff made it a wonderful stay. Robert and Rania stood out, providing a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. Rania at the front desk was fantastic and was extremely helpful. Robert was filling in at the bar one night and was an absolute pleasure. The other girl at the front desk seemed a little confused, but was otherwise pleasant. Overall it was a great experience. If all staff at Hyatts are as great as Rania and Robert, I will be switching from Marriott to Hyatt from now on.

The hotel was a bit more outdated than I thought from the pics. However compared to my stay at the microtel hotel near the airport this place was luxury! I ended up staying in a suite which was more than enough for me. Comfy bed, nice blanket and pillows! Breakfast was meh to me. I wish they supplied bacon instead of sausage and offered a few more healthier options but overall great for free meal! I would recommend and stay here again.

Had broken entertainment centers, breakfast was...hate to say disgusting! Room floors were dirty, garbage still in the room. The restaurant/bar was out of EVERYTHING the entire 4 days we stayed. The absolute ONLY reason we stayed again was for being close to our children. Now this site states I'm using profanity.

We enjoyed our stay and service from staff was exceptional. Room accommodations helped facilitate my best friend’s bday greatly. The staff even liked how we setup the room. The birthday went off without a hitch and we are greatly for your hotel.
