My wife, adult son and I stayed for two nights recently. While nothing was necessarily bad, there was not much to recommend this hotel. We arrived a bit late at night and there was nobody at the front desk for about 5 minutes. Not a huge deal, maybe they were in the bathroom. But upon their return, I received a very cold and curt welcome. Ok, maybe something bad just happened to the front desk clerk. But over the next two days we noticed that there frequently wasn’t anyone behind the desk, which means there’s little security. A guest told us one of the elevators was out. Our room lacked storage, especially in the bathroom. There’s no closet, but instead, a few hangers that you could hang from the brackets of a narrow shelf that’s on the wall by the window that is guarded by a curtain. Again, not a huge deal, but awkward and a bit ugly. There’s a cabinet the size of a mini fridge with wire shelving that suffices as a dresser of sorts. The bathroom had virtually no storage space, and we all had to either keep our toiletries on the floor or in the bedroom. Breakfast was standard for a Hampton Inn and food was replenished as needed. All in all, I’ll likely find somewhere else to stay next time I’m in the area.

The Hilton hotels are my first choice. Marriott's my second. The last 3 months I've stayed 3x in the Hilton hotels but I'm so disappointed now. I am greeted with "You checking in?" by a female staff member. No hello or welcome to... I have to ask for the 2 bottles of water that I automatically receive. She states "we only give them to gold members but I'll get them". I'm a silver. Reception coffee & hot water: hot water is cold for the tea & hot chocolate. Room is clean with comfortable bed, soft towels but bathroom floor was not previously washed. Many dirty spots and hair on bathroom floor. Conditioner bottle is empty. 5th floor room facing the highway which means you can hear the vehicles on the highway. Thankfully I'm a deep sleeper & only heard the noise when awake. Main reason why I'm so disappointed is that I had planned on relaxing by watching tv yet the tv had no channels or choices of Netflix, etc. except Direct TV. There were poor choices of the about 40 channels to pick from & all old movies. I thought I was doing something wrong so I go to the front desk & wait for several minutes as no one was there. Turns out I have to ring a bell for service. This is at 8pm. Same female staff from early informs me that most of the tvs in the hotel are not set up yet and she doesn't know which ones are, sorry. That's it....I head back to room frustrated. Watched a 2014 movie that I had already seen & went to sleep earlier than I had wanted. Breakfast was good & the same choices as the other Hilton hotel chains. At 9:15 several items were empty and trash receptacles were full. I asked the two female workers that were standing & chatting in the office right at the breakfast area for a refill of a topping. One immediately responded. Around 10am, front desk area had a few customers waiting but no staff at desk. Once bell was rung a male staff immediately appeared. I'm baffled that staff aren't manning the desk at prime times. Most of the staff did not say hi, smile or acknowledge you. I will not stay at this Hampton Inn again nor recommend it. Too many other Hiton hotels (& others) around.

The room and bathroom were nice, but a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillows were hard. The breakfast was not as good as we've had at other Hilton chains. The waffles, fruit and pastries were good, but the toaster didn't work and the eggs, ham and potatoes weren't great. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was easy to get to from the highway and close to Villanova and other colleges that we were looking at. Close to shopping in King of Prussia (just an fyi, we did not shop).

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Reserved through TripAdvisor (which I will never do again) and arrived and was told TripAdvisor did not pay them. Front desk spent at least an hour back and forth on the phone trying to get their money so I wouldn’t have to pay double. They really went the extra mile.

The room size 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room cleanliness 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bathroom size, layout, 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shower 1⭐️ (the shower head was awesome high) however I don’t like tubs. And the floor got slippery easily because there was no vent to help with humidity. Could slip easily. The Breakfast 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The bacon was amazing! Egg omelet was ok. There was plenty of choices; cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffle, French toast, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, and juices. Coffee was ok but I’m not the biggest coffee fan. I don’t like over cooked coffee. We left with full bellies. The Room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The couch in the room had a pull out bed. That was nice for our kid. The fridge was a cold. The window blind had a somewhat see through screen and nothing more. I’m not sure if outside could see in. We changed in the bathroom. The tv remote didn’t work well. Some buttons didn’t work at all. The AC worked awesome! There were many USB outlets and plenty of outlets for charging things. The bed: It sucked!!! ZERO stars!! I felt I was sleeping downhill at the head of the bed. And it was so hard. I should have slept on the couch bed with my kid.
