TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Harmarville

Great free breakfast, clean rooms, quiet space. Gum maintained. Pool was closed but otherwise great. I would stay again. Staff were Patient and friendly. Close to target, restaurants and gas station. Room had kitchenette with refrigerator and all amenities.

We were in town for my son’s hockey tournament. Unfortunately ,we got switched room types the first night because of the hotel being sold out. But Matt at the front desk went above and beyond the next day to get us placed into the correct room! We can’t thank him enough for helping us out. We can’t wait to be back again.

This hotel is a pleasant experience from the very first point of entry – literally the "front door." The Front Desk Agent (Matt K) had an upbeat and service-oriented personality that was a genuine interest in confirming reservation details, which ensured a pleasant stay for not only me, but other fellow guests/colleagues as well. This excellent service represented the whole hotel team so well!

Room I booked was not available on checkin. Went to check on kids during the night and discovered BEDBUGS in both the beds. Immediately packed up - worker at the desk stated they’re not allowed to check us out until the morning. Left keys at the desk and went to another hotel.

My stay at the Towneplace Suites Pittsburgh Harmarville location was amazing. Lez and the other staff were very professional and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. If you are ever in the area, I suggest that you considering staying at this location.
