I stayed at this beautiful old hotel for a conference held at the hotel. Food quality and services were excellent, and my room was extremely comfortable and quiet. I was on the 10th floor with great views of the city. However, the most notable feature was the friendly and helpful attitudes of the hotel staff - I felt as welcomed as a friend and assistance was available for any question. I accidentally left some clothes in my room at check-out and the security staff were very helpful in facilitating their return.

Decent location, gorgeous lobby, good sized room. But sheets low quality, bathroom so-so. Cheaper parking in underground garage across the street if you want to avoid valet. Renaissance hotel a few blocks away likely would have been a better choice.

The hotel was very atmospheric, the room just OK, but the main thing is that hotel reception put a holding charge on your card of $100 a day to cover "incidental" expenditure. This is an extortionate amount that I have never come across before. This may not matter if you're using a credit card to guarantee your payment, but if you're using a currency card (as I had to due to inexplicable problems with using my credit card), for my 5-night stay that wiped out $500 of my available spending money, which created severe cash flow problems for much of the length of my stay. Whilst there is a notice at reception, this is too late if like me you made decisions about how and how much you were intending to spend on respective cards. It needs to be put prominently on the email confirmation that they send to customers when they initially make the booking, so they can plan ahead. To their credit the hotel did go the extra mile to remedy the situation, but it really shouldn't have been necessary.

Beautiful historic hotel! If you enjoy vintage architecture, this is the place to stay. We chatted with a friendly staff member at the Terrace Restaurant who had a deep appreciation for the place, and she pointed us to the the Hall of History where we enjoyed looking at vintage photos and artifacts. The beauty and original layout of the hotel has been preserved since 1916, with only a few changes to lighting and furniture (the woodwork in the Palm Court has been painted over). Staff at the check-in desk were very helpful, they advised us on taxi arrangements and the app for booking tickets for the public bus system. The toilet in our room wasn't working, and they immediately sent Vinny from Engineering who fixed the problem quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, with lots of natural light. Alicia in Housekeeping was so cheerful and kind, and provided us with extra towels and soap at our request. Justin in the Terrace Restaurant was also attentive and kind. Our breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting in the Palm Court coffee in the morning, and with a glass of wine in the evening. The non-valet parking option is located just across the street and a bargain at only $44 for three nights. A very pleasant stay, thank you!

The hotel was amazing. I proposed to my fiancé and the staff at the Omni was amazing. The staff helped to make the night very memorable. From the moment we walked in to the hotel they made us feel at home and their attention to detail was top notch.
