The Ritz Carlton Philadelphia

A nice hotel in downtown Philadelphia though very impersonal. I stayed for two nights at this hotel. The building is fantastic and RC has done an incredible job in maintaining the aesthetic of the original bank. The charm of this hotel is the heritage. I was woken up early in the morning by the hotel staff calling the wrong room, and then two hours later while in the shower, engineering showed up thinking the room was unoccupied.

Central location was excellent. Unplanned stay and was relatively comfortable. The rooms could do with a little freshening but it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was great. Not on the cheap side of course, but you know what you're signing up for at a luxury property I had a great experience at the spa - wonderful massage. The gentlemen at the door in the late afternoon were very pleasant and made good conversation. Would recommend and hope I get to return some day with more time to enjoy.

Elegant and super clean. I’ll definitely come back we had a great experience. The food was amazing too and the drinks. The perfect spot for a getaway and enjoy the city of Philadelphia. If you are looking for luxury this is the right place to go.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an excellent experience. The valet parking, priced at $70 per night, was convenient, and our room was impeccably clean with a stunning bathroom and a comfortable King bed. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay.
