Needed to go to Philadelphia for the night for a college visit early the next morning and Roost exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent accommodation and amenities. Front desk staff was efficient and professional. We live within a couple of hours of Philadelphia and go there a few times a year. Will always try to book Roost Midtown moving forward if available and priced competitively.

This place was very relaxing. The rooms are clean, and they supply you with everything, It's very nice and quiet, the place was nicely kept. The staff at the front was very friendly and very polite, she explain all the rules and regulations. .

I was blown away by ROOST Midtown - the apartment was impeccably cleaned and appointed with everything I could need during my stay in Philadelphia. Especially loved the Le Labo toiletries and the lending library - hospitality of the staff and management was great too.
