Chestnut Hill Hotel

Stunning old hotel, renovated to maintain its charm. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast is in a quaint dining room, and many restaurants, bakeries and shops right on the cobblestone strip. Truly picturesque! We were very happy with our stay. I visited with my father and elderly godmother from out of state. We initially booked two rooms in the “post office” building. Due to the layout, my godmother was not able to access that particular room with her wheelchair. Michele at the front desk made sure to get us a different room in the main building with easy elevator access and wide hallways. Staff was lovely and accommodating and Michele is an absolute doll (Even if she couldn’t join us for a glass of wine haha)! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chestnut Hill Hotel! The room was extremely well appointed and the staff was accommodating and friendly at every interaction and made our stay special. We felt so welcome when we arrived and the location for exploring both the Chestnut Hill area and heading into Philly was perfect. For kids, the popcorn machine in the lobby and the playground across the street were a hit and especially appreciated. We will definitely be staying again and would recommend that anyone staying in the area to consider the hotel!

Lovely Hotel with great service. Michele at the front desk went above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable. Very clean, beds were comfy. The market out back is fun and lively with great food options and added to the whole experience!.

I always wanted to stay at the Chestnut Hotel. I book the hotel to celebrate my 63rd birthday. The hotel is well maintained. And situated in a walkable area with restaurants and shops. A big shout out to a very nice front desk young lasy named Deniece. She helped me extend my stay! Best birthday ever!

I stayed here last yr and loved it! I made a res for Sat. Feb 15 - Mon. Feb 17 and unfortunately I came down with the horrible stomach virus. I decided to change the dates and then I called Sat morning because I saw that I was being changed over $200 for one night deposit even though I changed the res. I was told by the manager, John, that I missed the deadline. John would not work with me to credit out the one night no matter what! How unprofessional and where is the customer service??? I was so sick Fri and John told me "No Exceptions" So disappointment with the service that I received from John! Would never stay here again. BEWARE WHEN BOOKING!!!!
