I stayed at this hotel for a night before flying out of PHL airport in February 2025. I paid for a week of parking in their lot. This lot has signs stating that there are cameras. My car got stolen from their gated parking lot, and was involved in an accident. I found out about this from police. This is a paid, gated lot. When I talked to someone from Marriott Bonvoy I was told they couldn’t do anything for me and a manager from the hotel would call me. I would at least want my $ back. They never called back. I have contacted them through multiple avenues and have yet to receive a response. DO NOT PARK HERE! It is not safe. The car insurance company stated that another vehicle stolen from the Sheraton next door, which uses the same gated parking lot, the week prior to mine.

Not up to Marriott standards. Large room, reasonably well appointed. but some flaws. 1. shower vent covered in dust. Very disconcerting as I shower to see that dirt. 2. shower door handle very loose. 3. Breakfast coupon benefit is $20 for 2 people total. Based on menu prices, that's enough for a breakfast sandwich and a bottle of milk for each person, nothing else. 4. No non-hotel restaurant in walking distance. Hotel phone didn't work reliably, but front desk clerk didn't send someone to fix it. Overall, the staff members we encountered were working alone and just didn't care much. Forget this place if you are a Titanium member. No benefits or upgrades. We won't be coming back.

*****BEWARE***** DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I stayed here for one night in late February 2025. When I checked in the woman behind the desk (rudely) advised me that ‘we don’t have a Restaurant, go across the way’ and gave a vague wave over her shoulder. After searching two different hotels, I finally found a restaurant at one of the Sheraton’s (sister property) across the parking lot. After dinner, I paid my bill with a credit card, put my room number down (at the Aloft) and got a receipt From the bartender. I returned to my room and went to sleep. I was awoken at 11:25 p.m. to the sound of a security guard POUNDING on my door. Thought he would break it down. (No one called my phone by the way.) After scaring the crap out of me, I asked what he wanted. He yelled that I didn’t pay my bill at the Sheraton. I assured him that I paid my bill and left a tip. He said that I didn’t and the police were on the way to arrest me. He then left. I called the front desk and the (again extremely rude) woman said I had to walk over to the Sheraton (at midnight, A woman, alone) to pay a bill that I had already paid. When I asked if there was security to escort me over to the next hotel the employee behind the front desk told Me ‘no, he’s gone’. That’s it. Turns out it was the bartender’s mistake - my bill was paid. Unbelievable. Zero regard for my personal safety. They didn’t care at all. I didn’t sleep all night. Ruined my next day at work. After contacting the ‘manager’ he offered nothing. Every single person I dealt with at this hotel was completely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate.

Our wheels were stolen from our vehicle while we entrusted it here during our vacation, while another couple had their whole vehicle stolen. This is supposed to be a "secure camera monitored parking lot", yet the jack was still under the car and it was dropped to the ground. A shuttle drives around the lot every 20 minutes and no one saw anything? What a scam. The manager wouldn't even call the poor girl behind the desk back. We have not received one word from the hotel with any sort of apology or anything. Totally disgusting. NEVER leave your car here.
