Quality Inn Lancaster

This hotel is not a Marriott. It’s a budget hotel, so you know that going in. Still, my expectations for a hotel in this category are cleanliness, functionality and friendliness of staff. I got all of that. The bed was very comfortable. I stayed 3 nights and would stay again. As a bonus to me, Applebees was across the parking lot. The only functional issue i had was the TV not powering on. They fixed that immediately.

My husband went on a business trip. When he woke up he found two dead bugs on the floor. He checked out and make the clerk aware of why he was checking out along with providing pictures of what he saw. She had the audacity to say, well sometimes customers bring in bugs with a slight grin on her face. VERY RUDE!

Checked in and when I pulled the blanket down I could see a dark spot. When I pulled the sheet back there was a large blood stain on the edge. I was just laying there!!!! When I told the older lady that I was checking out without paying she was rude and said you got your money back and acted horrible.

The woman that checked us in needs to smile, bad attitude. The room was dirty. Dead bugs on the floor, the door was filthy. Some residents were to loud. Either talking or playing music to loud. We will not stay here again.

Room #206 We were expecting and paid for a king paid for a King sized bed, but ended up with 2 doubles. The floor by the sink was SO filthy with hair, dirt and dried blood the floor in the bathroom was just as bad, and the tub rim was dirty with dried soap and hair. We went to use the ice bucket but a dirty cup was in there, yet there was a brand new plastic bag. I took pictures ...disgusting for sure
